• Has managed a team of senior managers supervisors and a base staff level of 5080

• Minimum 5 Year Retail Management Experience as a Store Manager

• Is commercially focused

• People oriented Develops Teams

• Team motivator

• Excellent track record of sales and profitability

• Excellent track record of products and placement

• Good grasp of brand standards.

• Has completed management studies

• Has excellent experience and proven track record of applying business principles to achieve sales and profitability.

Knows and follows the systems to the letter – Business builder.

Effective in hisher communication and binds the team together. Is open minded and communicates to achieve results. KPI focussed.

Diplomatic and practices democratic leadership style. Able to hand issues using a balanced approach.

Analytical comprehends numbers and uses numbers to make business decisions without risking brand image
