Client Care Specialist

- Responsible for any and all agreements with different Relocation Services Partners (Immigration, Flight Agencies, Airlines, Expenses Management Solutions, Medical Care, Housing, Schools, Activities…etc.). - Directly responsible for the quality of the Relocation services provided. - Doing Development research about the services and the quality standards needed by the client in the region. - Holding Meetings with the Service Providers to assure they meet the standards set by the company before making any deals. - Regular travelling to other countries in the region to assure our service providers meets the quality standards. - Responsible for any escalations that might rise from any client about any of the relocation services provided. - Must ultimately do everything to ensure that the relocation transition is smooth and problem free. - Work closely with other departments and specialists in the industry to tailor the most suitable program for the client, holding regular meetings with the client and other staff to assess progress. - -Must identify any problems and find solutions to improve the process. - Offer any additional service options to clients and negotiate terms of agreement during the relocations process. - May also be responsible for assisting in the selection of any new staff and their training in ERS Department. - Following up on clients’ satisfaction. - Opening communications channels with current clients and sectors. - Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress
