Training Coordinator
Job Purpose: Fulfill Duty Officer Requirements; Assist in the coordination of emergency response teams; and Contribute to the maintenance of rescue and training equipment and resources;. Job Duties: • Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes etc). • Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans • Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs. • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment. • Setting and Review the training schedule daily. • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses. • Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans. • Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs. • Track and report on training outcomes. Education and Experience: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
