UAE National Finance Manager AFGRE
About the Position
As part of the Finance team for Retail amp Commercial we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager. The purpose of this job is to ensure financial management across the retail portfolio of Dubai Festival City. This includes managing financial accounting month end closing and controlling various Financial and accounting systems. You will fully engage with the business to prepare plans budgets forecasts monthly variance analysis and reporting across the retail portfolio.
The role will be based at our Real Estate Head Office in Dubai Festival City. You will be working in a fastpaced environment with a multicultural team where you will be required to liaise with both internal and external partners of varying seniority levels.
About You
For this position we are looking for an individual with a relevant Accounting Finance qualification CPA CA CMA CFA CIMA... A postgraduate degree in commerce accounting finance is highly preferable. Knowledge of management reporting accounting systems and ERP Financial software is necessary with expertise in SAP desirable. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years experience in the field of Finance and Management Accounting preferably with mall operations experience. Experience in Real Estate Construction Project Management industries highly desirable. Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate Laws guidelines and directives is advantageous.
The ideal candidate will be commercially and process oriented and possess excellent staff amp task managerial skills. Experience in retail leasing and with discounted cash flow valuations purchase price allocation is required
