Maintain high levels of service standards while dealing with customers. Good Audit rating and compliance 1. Adherence to laid down policies amp procedures. 2. All exceptions deviations have to be immediately referred to approving authority as per the delegation. Operational Control amp Frauds 1. Minimize operational errors. 2. Effective review of day end reports. 3. Timely rectification of errors.
