Marketing Assistant

Job Title: Marketing Assistant Job description: Supports marketing operations by compiling, formatting, and reporting information and materials. Hours of work: Usual working hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Sunday to Thursday. There will be a requirement from time to time to start work earlier or finish later as the role dictates. Responsibilities: • Assisting with promotional & advertising activities. • Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications. • Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature. • Writing articles and promotional material for the company. • Uploading marketing material to website, online libraries, internet groups and social media sites. • Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases. • Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials. • Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required. • Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets; compiling account and competitor analyses. • Updates competitor database by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations; distributing reports.
