1. PRIMARY PURPOSE

Reporting to the Operations Manager and responsible for developing and implementing the Company’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control Policies and Procedures.



2. DUTIES amp RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and update Company’s Quality Management Plan

Review and update Company’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control Policies and Procedures

Develop and monitor processes for implementing the Company’s QA amp QC Policies and Procedures

Prepare QAAC Plan for the Tenders and Projects

Develop and implement QAQC training programme for the projects staff

Provide QAQC support and advice to the projects teams

Carry out formal audits and monitor the corrective actions to completion close out

Develop KPI’s and monitor to achieve continuous improvements in projects performance

Ensure ITP’s are prepared and implemented for the projects

Obtain appropriate accreditation for the Company

Represent the Company in QAQC forums and meeting with Clients and Consultants

المهارات

At least 5 years experience in a senior QAQC position in the Construction Industry

Solid people management skills and excellent organizational skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure

Excellent knowledge of applicable standards

Excellent level of PC skills MS word MS excel MS PowerPoint MS access MS outlook MS



Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related fields.

GCC experience is a great advantage.
