Senior Project Manager Infrastructure

. My client is a multifaceted contracting company whose success rests on its highly skilled and dedicated team of professionals. Since its beginning in 1966 the company has witnessed continuous success and steady growth which combined with its vast resources and expertise has made it one of the largest contracting entities in the Middle East.



They have approached Genesis Associates to assist them with a new role for their Qatar Operations this position is for a new Senior Project Manager to head up their Project Portfolio and report to the Operations Director.



The Role



You will also be responsible for commercial management of the team including budgets resourcing fee proposals provide technical leadership and guidance and be responsible for the preparation of technical proposals business development activities including direct marketing to potential clients and networking manage andor overview all projects within the water team to ensure quality timeliness of delivery on budget and client satisfaction



The required person specifications our client are looking for are as follows

xF0A7 Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering is a must. Essential

xF0A7 Minimum 10 years of work experience in managing high priority roads and infrastructure projects with contractors. Essential

xF0A7 Middle East experience in particular of Qatar would be an advantage Desired

xF0A7 Qualification in project management or equivalent.Essential
