SALES MANAGER COMPACT MACHINERY

•Prepare and take ownership of the annual business plan and budget.

•Develop sales and marketing actions

•Set targets and actions for the department and the sales team

•Lead the department’s daily activity.

•Ensure proper coordination with the Aftersales department in order to secure appropriate development of customer satisfaction.

•Undertake responsibility for the daily relationship with principals.

•Prepare sales reports and follow up on targets and goals for both internal use and to principals.

•Support and develop the Sales Team.
