Senior Project Manager Construction Management

Assist the Director Construction Management towards the provision of professional service with full responsibility and accountability covering Project and Construction Management of all aspects of Design Construction and Coordination projects and tasks of all aspects of the building and infrastructure construction works during the execution stages of contracts and contract packages for Special Projects covering architectural civil structural mechanical electrical plumbing HVAC telecom IT building management infrastructure works commissioning and end user acceptance.

Fully responsible to provide management leadership and control of a team of Senior Project Engineers Project Managers and Project Engineers as assigned by the Director Construction Management to achieve design andor construction completion of a series of contract packages and handover of the developed facilities according to the approved budget schedule quality and safety requirements.
