Job Purpose

CH2M Hill is hiring a seasoned Project Manager for various Land Development projects across the gulf region.

Job ResponsibilitiesAccountabilities



Understanding what is important for Halcrow and for the Client

Planning the project inputs and deliverables to meet the requirements of Halcrow and the Client

Providing the day to day interface between the Client and project team

Appointing and monitoring the performance of their Work Package Managers

Managing the commercial return to Halcrow

Assembling the Project team

Incorporating the required degree of skill and care

Managing the project team

Managing the Project Budget

Managing the interface with third parties

Managing the Project Forecast

Managing change control within the Project risk level

Maintaining the Client relationships by meeting or exceeding their expectations

Delivering the agreed service delivery requirements for the Output and parts thereof

Complying with Halcrow management requirements and applying best practice

Clearly specifying any delegations of their authority and ensuring roles are well defined

Basic Qualifications

Job RequirementsQualificationsExperience

The ideal candidate should possess a relevant engineering degree and hold Chartered or equivalent Engineer status e.g. MICE MIMechE



In addition it would be preferable that the candidate should possess and be able to demonstrate the following skills and knowledge



Commercial acumen and risk management

Professional knowledge

Service delivery processes tools and techniques

HS and environmental requirements

Leadership team dynamics and enthusiasm

Continual improvement and value management

Client relationship
