Document Control and Records Program Coordinator

Job Description


MPH is a part of the international MPH Group ltweb address removedgt. We provide technical assistance to several industriessectors Oil Gas Construction Petrochemical Water treatment.


Our client specialized in nuclear energy is currently looking for a Document Control and Records Program Coordinatorrdquo willing to work on the following conditions

Contract Duration 6 months


Work Location Abu Dhabi UAE


Start Date ASAP


Status Single


Work Schedule 5 days week 8 hrs day 200 hrs month


MobDemobilization Provided


Desired Profile


6 7 years relevant experience in a Document Control environment that demands rigid quality requirements is required


Bachelorrsquos degree in business Administration or field related to document control


Strong crossbusiness project management experience


English fluency


Excellent Communication Skills


Key Activities includes training and mentoring company staff as they are allocated to the Documentation Project


Develop an effective document and record control system aligned to nuclear industry best practices and standards


Set up temporary document storage system including creation of a mechanism to ensure documents in various stages of approval are not corrupted or put into use until appropriate approvals are completed


Provide easy access storage locations for companyrsquos templates and writerrsquos guides


Coordinate with ICT to oversee the transition from present DCRM configuration to a SAP based document management system


Coordinate with ICT to create an electronic paperless document approval process


Create the company procedure change process based upon nuclear industry best practices


Provide strategic and daytoday direction for the document control and records program ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements


Ensure an ongoing improvement and implementation of the electronic information management system to meet evolving company program needs


Develop and maintain program documentation policies procedures processes etc. and ensure training for program participants


Oversee the processing of all incoming and outgoing quality documents and records to ensure they meet the companyrsquos objectives


Oversee centralized company records storage system and ensure that all records are securely stored in the proper location per quality requirements


Conduct routine performance and compliance assessments of the document controlrecords management system to ensure the system meets compliance requirements
