Job Description

Provide a warm welcome by meeting greeting and receiving hotel guests at the arrival terminal. Meet and bid farewell to all hotel guest departing from Doha International Airport. Provide vehicle transfers. Provide luggage assistance to all guests. Provide welcome amenities to guest using vehicle. Maintain Cleanliness and report any maintenance requirement to the manager. Attend daily departmental lineup. Provide up to date visitors information weather place of interest leisure activities dining and entertainment options in Doha.

Requirements

Experience

Experience in hospitality industry in similar position.

Skills and Knowledge

1 Ability to page provide warm welcome when receiving guests at the arrival hall

2 Ability to bid farewell and express wishes of their return

3 Understand the lay out and facilities at the airport

4 Ability to liaise with immigration and visa offices for flawless arrival and departure of hotel guest

5 Ability to understand guest inquiries and provide responses

6 Ability to use a radio or a beeper

7 Ability to focus on guests needs

8 Ability to prioritize organize and make good judgments

9 Ability to maintain concentration and think clearly

10 Ability to exert physical effort in placing and removing luggage intoout of the vehicle

11 Ability to endure abundant physical movements in performing job functions

12 Ability to work in variable weather conditions

13 Ability to remain at post

14 Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
