Job Description



Strategic

acirc128cent Develop and manage short and longterm strategic goals for the Company Operations Department in coordination with Area Managers.

acirc128cent Direct the development of an annual business plan for the Operations Department.

acirc128cent Communicate Operations strategic goals to relevant internal stakeholders.



Operational

acirc128cent Oversee operations and performance of all sites across the region.

acirc128cent Ensure Head Office policies and procedures are wellcommunicated to Area Managers.

acirc128cent Develop maintain and update standard operating procedures assisted by the Area Managers and ensure their consistent application across all sites.

acirc128cent Meet periodically with Area Managers and discuss any issues and concerns they might have regarding Companies sites in their respective countries.

acirc128cent Conduct periodical visits to the Companies sites in each country under his supervision in coordination with Area Managers and ensure high quality of services offered in Companies sites and asses performance of each site.

acirc128cent Plan for expansion of existing call centers and development of new ones in order to cater to wider customer segmentation.

acirc128cent Request detailed analysis of the financial performance of sites in each country to be provided by the Area Managers.

acirc128cent Examine the financial performance of sites across the region and provide recommendations for performance improvement.

acirc128cent Provide the CEO with detailed review on the performance of sites in each country and discuss downsizing and expansion plans as seen fit.

acirc128cent Review and provide feedback on all planned renovation works and construction projects to be conducted across the region.

acirc128cent Provide advice to the Projects Director with regards to major renovation projects for existing sites across the region.

acirc128cent Provide advice to the Projects Director with regards to expansion plans

acirc128cent Coordinate with the Technical Director regarding upgrades and installation of new equipment and projection tools across the region in order to meet the continuous upgrades in film material.

acirc128cent Review and approve the budget developed by Area Managers prior to communicating it to the CEO.



Person Specification



Experience

acirc128cent Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
