Job Description



The primary job purpose is to guide and direct the efforts of the employees towards achievement of the goals of the Company and ensuring adherence to the policies and procedures set and approved by the ChairmanManaging Director.



Key tasks include



acirc128cent Maintaining and promoting the vision and mission of the company

acirc128cent Actively and accurately reporting the performance of the company to the Chairman

acirc128cent Providing strategic input to expand the scale of operations

acirc128cent Supervision of the Operations of the business

acirc128cent Review and provide input into the annual budget

acirc128cent Manage and responsibility for business planning and budgeting

acirc128cent Review all legal agreements

acirc128cent Oversee banking relationships



Person Specification



This role will suit a manager currently working for a large reputable and more established construction company who is ready and capable of moving up to an General Manager position. The ideal candidate should

acirc128cent Demonstrate strong managerial skills and experience
