Technical Safety Engineer Leap29

My client is an International Operator with EampP activities in South East Asia Australia North America and Africa. They are an expanding organization and currently have opportunities for Technical Safety Engineers in their Bangkok office.

The Technical Safety Engineer will need to have a strong track record in this discipline and be able to effectively manage HAZOP and HAZID studies as well as provide input into formal risk assessments. Your career should have seen you work in the Technical Safety Discipline for the last 12 years ideally you will have spent time working with another operator. Candidates will also need to have a relevant degree masters or PhD would be beneficial.

The main responsibilities of the Technical Safety Engineer will be

Develop Technical Safety standards and specifications

Prepare and review safety assessments

Lead HAZOPs and HAZIDs

Assess MOC processes

Incident investigation

Conduct audits

Mentor junior engineers
