Job Description



Key Accountabilities 1. Identify and exploit new HVAC sales opportunities from client database as provided by Regional Sales Manager. Includes site visits customer service and managing complaints submittals product approval and negotiating pricing in direct liaising with EME Dubai. 2. Monitor existing customer accounts to ensure that sales potential is fully exploited. 3. Achieve yearly targets and manage sales teams. 4. Accomplish approvals for products systems services with all leading consultants contractors clients. 5. Settle deviations and finalize technically and commercially sound offers in compliance with requirements and company policy. 6. Maintain awareness of company products and of relevant sales techniques to ensure that the sales role is carried out as effectively as possible.
