JOB BACKGROUND
Facilitate amp advise on RM activities across the enterprise. Assist the Risk Manager in overseeing the ERM approach and practices for continuous improvement. Establish and maintain a PRM practice as an integral part of the overall ERM framework. Assist the Risk Manager with planning amp managing ERM objectives amp activities. Contribute to the development of a PRM practice and ensure its alignment with the ERM framework. Identify evaluate manage and report project related risks as part of the ERM scope and reporting structure.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelorrsquos degree in Risk Management or Engineering background
At least 10 yearsrsquo industrial andor riskbased audit experience out of which 4 years in Risk Management preferably in the EPC sector
Project Management Professional PMP certification is preferred.
A recognized certification from the International Association of Risk and Compliance Professionals IARCP or Institute of Risk Management IRM is an advantage.
Experience in conducting and facilitating risk management workshops
Knowledge of ISO 31000 International Standard for Risk Management COSO ERM or any other recognized ERM framework is preferred.
