About the Job
Plan the retail sales annually and monthly plan. Generate daily monthly and annually sales reports to give insight to top management. Manage appraise select develop coach and evaluate the performance of the sales team members. Assign training needs for the sales team of the Retail Department. Responsible for setting the overall annual department objectives amp key performance indicators and monitor the achievements accordingly. Direct the department managers under his responsibility in setting both short and long term strategies for the retail sales. Ensure achieving the set target plan of the department. Lead continuous business improvement activities including quality tools and statistical analysis methods. Keep on the growth of the companyrsquos sales figures.
