Key Tasks and Responsibilities

bull To conduct and support the Marketing Manager SME in formulating tactical marketingnbspcampaigns for internal clients within the Exemplas group.

bull To implement the agreed tactical marketing campaigns for specific products and services tonbsp

generate targeted leads for the relevant departments.

bull To assist in the delivery of any required marketing collateral from brief through to final item. nbsp

The role has a particular focus on the development of online marketing materials includingnbsp

the web and emarketing nbspbut will also include the development of offline marketingnbsp

including advertising direct marketing events and telemarketing etc.

bull To brief marketing specialists where required copywriters designers web masters andnbsp

external agencies on occasion according to agreed marketing targets for the campaigns.

bull To complete campaigns to time within budget set by Marketing Manager and on target.

Knowledge Experience Required

bull Experience in marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation targets and within budget

bull Good understanding of the sales process.

bull Experience in taking projectsmarketing collateral requirements from development tonbspcompletion.

bull Experience in the B2B market is desirable.

bull IT literate

Skills required

bull Selfstarter enthusiastic and driven.

bull Excellent communication skills in interpreting and understanding a wide range of servicesnbsp

and markets.

bull Able to guide and advise nonmarketing staff to give best service.

bull Able to communicate at every level and with colleagues and external suppliers.
