Position PurposeThe Project Manager is responsible for the managing the daytoday project management tasks including but not limited to tasks associated with project initiation planning execution control and monitoring until closure. Principal Accountabilities 1. Establish Scope Objectives and Approach.2. Identify and Manage Project Risks.3. Identify and manage project issues.4. Establish Management Plans Coordinate requirements analysis with the project team.5. Define Quality Management Strategies Standards and procedures.6. Define Resource management strategies.7. Plan and track the development of the project8. Establish staffing and organization plan.9. Establish Project Work plan.10. Identify customers' information systems requirements11. Analyzes information systems requirements or environment12. Design or conduct analytical studies costbenefit analyses or other research13. Evaluate monitor or ensure compliance with laws regulations policies standards or procedures14. Purchase or contract for IT services equipment products supplies property or other items15. Develops information systems testing strategies plans or scenarios16. Identifies standards or requirements for infrastructure configuration or change management17. Participates in change control for example reviewing configuration change requests18. Develop or implement information systems security plans and procedures19. Ensure appropriate productrelated training and documentation are developed and made available to customers.
