VAM Systems is currently looking for IT Support Administrator for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Scope of Work: Systems Administrator to perform the following tasks: Manage day to day activities such as user support and administration of all the systems listed below Hardware HP DL 380 G7 Servers, HP DL 380 G8 Servers HP Storage Works 1/8 G2 Tape Autoloader (Backup Tape Library) Palo Alto PA-2020 Cisco Switches, Security and Routers Software/Systems Microsoft Active Directory Symantec Backup Exec Microsoft System Center Microsoft SharePoint Kaspersky Endpoint Security Access Manager Time Attendance System HRMS Ultimus BPM Hosted Mail Services (office365) Manage to organization’s relationship with the technology providers and partners that have or will provide the organization any technology related solutions Monitor the deployed systems below and make sure that they are in a healthy state Troubleshoot issues related to the systems below as a first-tier line of support and escalate any unsolved queries to the next level either through the hiring company or by coordinating with the solution deployment partner Report and escalate any issues to the top management any issues that might have a business impact Assess the organization’s needs and propose cost effective solutions to fulfill the requirements. Should have good communications skills in Arabic & English   Experience Required: 5+ years Terms and conditions:  Joining time frame: 1 months.
