Job Opportunity Sales Manager - Male or Female Responsibilities of The Job Include: Sales Supervision Operations Lead sales team to acheive the required target. Introduce our company profile to customers Sell our products & services via phone or face to face. Conduct phone-based questionnaire dialog with prospects and leads Maintain database of prospects, leads and opportunities Identify and fulfill customer's requirements Follow up and Manage prospects, leads & opportunities until deal closing Prepare, send and negotiate customer proposals/offers/contracts Follow up closed deals/contracts from closing until final delivery Achieve Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual Sales Targets & Sales Effort Targets Report Sales Progress to High Management Create Periodical Reports of Sales Operations Job Requirements Qualifications & Training Required Communication and interpersonal skills. Spotting patterns and out of the box thinking. Positive attitude under pressure. Graduates only 3-5 years experience woring in sales field.
