Location: Al Seef, the Kingdom of Bahrain Working conditions: • Work and residence permit paid by customer • Official salary 500-600USD • Official employment contract for 2 years • Comfortable accommodation – shared room • Air tickets, paid vacation • Full medical insurance Responsibilities: • Provide a warm welcome by meeting, greeting hotel guests • Check in/ check out guests • Provide information, coordinate hotel services • Inform tourists about infrastructure and hotel services • Handle guest complaints and solve problem to the degree possible. • Cooperate with other departments of 5* resort, solve different issues Requirements: • Work experience as a Receptionist/ Front desk at Hotel (min 2 year) • Experience in Gulf Countries • Fluent English speaker • Sociable, well-organized person • Ability to multitask assignments • Calm, easy-going, stress-resistant personality WHO ARE WE?
