Job Description

Run regular operations reports amp analyze customer feedback through QuantityQuality analysis NPS Customer Satisfaction delivery performance and internal operations metricsIdentify performance improvement opportunities across teams to drive efficiency amp operation excellence.Push improvement initiatives through all operationrsquos teams and follow up on deadlines assigned to each team.Perform adhoc analysis amp reports for special projects.
