Lifeguard at luxury club (Qatar)

We are currently seeking Lifeguards to join the team at luxury club. Location: Doha, Qatar About Employer: It is a luxury and famous club in Qatar and it has a reputation as the leading family club within Doha, Qatar. The club provides recreational, leisure and dining facilities for senior government staff, top businessmen, members of the diplomatic and their families. Working conditions: • Work and residence permit paid by customer • Official salary 274-560 USD + bonuses • Salary will be based on the experience & qualification of the candidates • Unlimited contract • Transportation, duty meals • Comfortable accommodation • Air ticket, paid vacation • Full medical insurance Responsibilities: • Responsible for the safety of all swimmers • Prepared to perform lifesaving procedure at any given situation. • Ensure and prepare all equipment including checking all area around the swimming pool (water balance temperature etc) before and after the opening hours. • Should be in control and never engage in any situation (long conversation, reading, etc.) that would lead to distraction • Implement the swimming pool rules and regulations according to international standards for the safety of all • Constantly coordinate with fellow lifeguard and supervisor on duty • Conduct swimming lessons for the members Requirements: • Candidate must have a minimum 3 years experience in the same position • Fluent English and good communication skills • Preference will be given to candidate with hotel or club experience WHO ARE WE?
