Customer Service Coordinator
• Greet, assist and direct visitors & clients. • Effectively manage calls, emails, and Social Media inbox messages. • Answer and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information about the company its products and services to callers when needed. • Manage company social presence and promote products through innovative campaigns on Social Media. • Arrange appointments, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals. • Follow-up with different departments regarding appointments, services and products info. • Follow up with customers and provide feedback. • Manage existence and campaigns on various digital channels including social media channels and online search engines. • Handling customer complaints and concerns effectively to ensure their satisfaction. • Cooperate with other departments to ensure customers satisfaction. • Handle customers' files, applications and services including entering customer information and transactions. • Produce all the needed reports regarding customers. • Responsible for the indoor sales and show room ensuring its appearance is clean and presentable at all times. • Follow up and be updated with price schedules and discount rates. • Promote sales by assisting customers and offering suggestions.
