Project Coordinator
• Coordinates the project activities and assists in execution • Works closely and collaboratively with the PM and members of the project team to implement the research protocol • Schedules and interacts regularly with participants and provides project-related support to participants. • Facilitates regular and frequent communication between team members and organizes project team meetings • Works collaboratively with the PM and other related staff to define and identify all required project infrastructure such as space, building/reconfiguration of facilities, equipment, technology and infrastructure, to ensure timely availability for successful launch and ongoing project operations • Maintains project documentation and responds to all regulatory reporting/filings to ensure compliance • Supports the PM Team in managing the project budget and preparing the project status reports.
