Technical office Head

• Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications • Specifying the nature and quality of materials required • Preparing tender applications and presentations • Preparing applications for planning and building control departments • Preparing tender documents for contracts • Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings by using specialist computer-aided design (BIM) applications • Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists • Determining the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project • Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any related problems that may arise during construction • Making sure the project is running according to schedule and budget • Supervising all mechanical works (HVAC , Firefighting , plumbing) • Preparing & following up implementation plans for all mechanical units. • Supervising the technical office works • Supervising Technician to ensure efficient implementation works
