The head of social services ensure that policies, procedures and practices are followed up by leading a team of social service staff within the mission and vision of HMC and in accordance to the social work, accreditation and other related standards of HMC. Duties include ensuring continuous development in providing the highest quality of service through planning, organizing, monitoring, controlling and evaluating department activities to meet the diverse needs of patients and the community.
