Job Purpose

To lead an endtoend talent acquisition process and solution in partnership with the brand and in alignment with business growth plans.



Key RoleSpecific Accountabilities

Talent Acquisition strategy

• Work closely with line managers and HRBP to identify critical roles to the business and develop an acquisition plan to attract and source quality talent


• Drive endtoend talent acquisition solutions in line with business growth plans


• Ensure compliance with group's SOP and government's employment legislation

  • Work closely with HRBP and line managers to ensure there is a good understanding of business needs and potential
  
  
  • Ensure regular performance review with stakeholders to ensure business expectations are met
  
  
  • Provide a full consultative service to line managers with regards to the talent acquisition process

    Manpower planning and forecasting
    
    
    
    

    
    
    • Generate a Hiring Schedule to address manpower planning and management with HRBP and line managers
    
    
    • Drive a proactive fulfilment of manpower business requirements through developing extensive network in the market and knowledge of the industry.

      Internal talent acquisition
      
      
      
      

      
      
      • Identify and assess internal potential for business requirement
      
      
      • Collaborate with other departments to ensure high potential talent within the group are considered for new roles

        • Maintain regular and accurate metrics to assess talent acquisition process and performance
        
        
        • Encourage continuous improvement through regular review of metrics and SLAs

          Qualifications Experience and Skills
          
          Education
          
          
          
          

          
          
          • Relevant Degree or Diploma Human resources or related field
            
            Minimum Experience and Knowledge
            
            
            
            
            
            
            • 4 years of recruitment experience
            
            
            • Basic knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations
            
            
            • Extensive knowledge and experience in sourcing processes and channels and client management
