With a reputation as one of the top marine contractors internationally currently they are working on oil and gas project and they are looking for a project controls manager for UAE.

nbsp

Job Responsibilities

nbsp

8226 Initiates project lists of deliverables including those for project procedures and plans engineering procurement material submittals method statements etc.

8226 Drafting subcontract agreements and negotiating subcontract prices.

8226 Administration of related correspondences measurements payment certification closing final account of subcontracts.

8226 Coordinates and maintains engineering deliverables status register.

8226 Prepares and maintains variations and claims registers.

8226 Prepares project internal and external reports in the required format using the project maintained records information and the analysis thereof as necessary.

8226 Establishing project cost centers and allocates costs accordingly.

8226 Preparing budget and current estimates and monitor any variances.

8226 Planning and scheduling.

Requirements

nbsp

• nbsp15 years of experience in project controls in related construction projects.


• nbspControl of projects Cost planning and scheduling.


• Experience in offshore and Marine


• nbspManagement of resources.


• nbspComputer literacy MS Office and Primavera.


• nbspFluency in both written and oral English.


• Bachelor of Engineering further studies is desirable.
