JOB DESCRIPTIONRESPONSIBILITIES

1. Review Inspection Test Plan Method statement QAQC Procedures Quality Control Plan Welding Procedures Materials Test Certificates Materials Submittal Raised NON – CONFORMANCE REPORT and Follow Up Closure NCR closure Attending Consultant Audits and Preparing all related documents needed.

   1. Ensure that all construction operations are carried out in accordance to the PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES INSPECTION TEST PLAN and APPROVED METHOD STATEMENTS.
   2. 
      
      

      1. Preparing the INSPECTION TEST REQUEST including RELEVANTIM PORTANT DOCUMENTS before INSPECTION DATETIME .COORDINATE to SITE ENGINEERS with the sequence of INSPECTION. Monitor INSPECTION TEST REQUEST matching to the ACTIVITIES on SITE. Update INSPECTION TEST REQUEST REGISTRY.

         1. Conduct Inspection of bored pilling cut and cover construction pier column construction inspection structural steel erection welding inspection –fit up by tack welding inspection full welding inspection NDT by Magnetic Particles Inspection and Ultrasonic Inspection snugfinal tightening of bolt inspection structural painting inspection tendon stressing pier cap construction inspection pre pile loading test crack monitoring and all related activities for overground station and viaduct of RAIL TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM.
         2. 
            
            Job Requirements
            
            Bachleor Engineering Degree
            
            Minimum 8 years of experience in Material Inspection Experience in Rail Metro Project will be an advantage.
            
            Preferably Gulf Experience
