Our Client is a leading Decoration company located In Qatar, seeks: Interior designer Job description and expectation: 1- Able to design full layout in 3d max and rendering. 2- Able to design the AutoCAD 3- Able to estimate the cost of the project 4- Able to handle the projects and manage the scope of the work within the team 5- Able to negotiate with customers 6- Able in engaging in biding tenders process 7- Able to set the layout of the spot of lights and other electricity sockets Type of design to deliver by the interior designer: 1- Classic Victorian design and luxury interior design for Palace 2- Modern design for offices 3- Design dressing rooms and kitchens 4- Chose and match the colors of ceiling, walls with furniture Computer skills required by the interior designer: 1- 3d max rendering and very (Must Be Advance Level) 2- AutoCAD (Must Be Advance Level) 3- Adobe Photoshop (Must Be Moderate level) 4- Microsoft office 5- Sketch up (preferable) Qualification of the interior designer: 1- Bachelor degree of Fine Art- interior décor sections Note: Only we will accept the CVs for those who graduated from Fine Arts, other CVs will be rejected without verification Experience: 1- Minimum of 5 years of Experience in the field of interior decoration Projects: 1- Candidates must list their projects and their roles as well, documents for this must be provided as an evidence Candidate evaluation: 1- Candidate must send samples of their works design for designated criteria as mentioned above. 2- Selected candidate will receive an assignment to confirm his knowledge and expertise 3- Selected candidate must submit all related certification for verification Packages and Salaries: 1- The salary will be 5000 QR 2- Phone allowance will be provided by the company to facilitate the work in addition to the free internet 3- Accommodation, transportation, health insurance will be provided by company 4- Candidate will receive 1500 QR for each 100000 of the net profit target 5- For each 3d max paid design, candidate will receive a reward of (500 QR) 6- Ticket will be provided by the company 7- Annual bonus will be given based on candidate performance (300 QR – 600 QR) Probation period 1- Company will assess the candidate for first 2 months until the confirmation letter is issued, other terms and condition of company policy is applied during probation.
