Trade Marketing Analyst
Ensure the succesful and timely implementation of all TM activities in your respective channels promotions branding product launches sampling retailer festivals incentive programs etc. with the help of the Sales amp Merchandising team the Arts department and external agencies and suppliers.
Coordinate with BRF Dubai office on the implementation of the regional TM activities Ramadan B2S Product Launches and keep internal stakeholders aligned on activity calendar to ensure smooth implementation.
Coordination with agencies suppliers printing press and the arts department for creative and production requirements.
Draft postactivity summary reports evaluating the activity and concluding 'best practises' as well as learnings and improvement.
Develop merchandising tools POS guidelines product training call steps planograms etc. together with merchandising coordinator.
Keep track and check condition of company assetsfreezers topshops signage other branding elements.
Check the BDA's are implemented in the market.
Conduct regular trade visits across the UAE to implementation standards.
Making sure all items in the market are displayed properly planograms are applied and Must StockList is followed POSM are implemented and placed as instructed.
Collect MMR Pricing info RSP Competitor Prices Selling Price
Monitor and report competitor activities flyer presence as well as Space data.
Actively look for branding opportunities on channel level.
Develop Trade as well as Sales Incentives programs and implement the same.
Preparation and Analysis of Nielsen Share data.
Includes Admin work as well.
