Talent Acquisition Specialist

•Handel sourcing as well as advertising activities for posts and vacancies across assigned requirements

•Manage and swift through prospective identified candidates pool in anticipation of prescreening activities

•Contact and coordinate needed efforts to liaise with prospective candidates who are identified during and after the sourcing activities for prescreening

•Conduct interviews with candidates for filtration utilizing convenient medium

•Shortlist and produce assessment writeups for candidates

•Administrate psychometric assessment and debrief writeups on the reports generated with own informative digests

•Conduct periodic business visits andor weekly meetings and update on recruitments activates on assigned accounts

•Facilitates final interviews efforts and arrangements for candidates and business line managers who are confirmed for the interview arrangements.
