Legal Administrator Assistant


The Role


Charterhouse is working with a prestigious private organisation who has over 10000 employees. Our client is looking to hire a talented and highly professional Legal Administrator Assistant with a solid commercial awareness to support the Legal Advisor and the legal team. This is a new position which has been created due to rapid growth within the organisation.



You will be responsible for enhancing efficiency and communication with internal stakeholders as well as maintaining a clear database for all information related to the Legal Department. You will process file registrations and other legal documents and support the Legal Advisor with his busy local and international travel schedule. You will also ensure compliance towards registration and other governmental rules regulations including compliance of all legal documents whilst providing a solid legal support to the extremely industrious Senior Executive.




Requirements


The successful candidate should have a law Degree with at least 2 years experience in a similar role and preferably be located in Qatar. You should be able to work independently and within a team be sagacious and possess the ability to complete assignments effectively and efficiently. It is essential you are a professional individual who is meticulous and able to plan prioritise and manage multiple tasks. You should also be adept at learning new assignments. Excellent English communication skills are crucial for this role whilst Arabic would be highly advantageous.



This is an outstanding opportunity where you will receive training by a senior Legal Advisor and can progress if you have the drive and tenacity to excel in the legal world.
