Manager Enterprise Risk Management

As Manager Enterprise Risk Management ERM you are responsible for establishing industry standard Risk Management methodologies to reduce costs improve quality protect assets and add value whilst also supporting the implementation of Qatar Airways ERM strategy and framework across the organisation.

Reporting to the Vice President Enterprise Risk Management you will provide support to ensure that risk management is an integral part of the strategic planning and decisionmaking process and is closely linked to the organisations business objectives and performance metrics.

Furthermore you will build value relationships with external stakeholders and internal peers to assist in the mapping of enterprisewide risks to accountable personnel.

The ideal candidate for this role must have a minimum of 8 years demonstrated experience managing a Risk Management framework across a reputable organisation. You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably in Risk Management.

You will have a strong understanding of ERM principles and applications with strong analytical interpersonal and communication skills. You must have the ability to recognise change and its effects and understand the importance of an international outlook that is sensitive to the needs of different social and cultural structures. Knowledge of the airline industry would be advantageous but is not essential. Understanding ISO31000 standards will be highly regarded.
