Summary



Responsible for rebranding enhancing developing and rolling out nonfranchise owned concepts in GCC amp Iraq by way of managing all development work related to brand positioning concept image the menu operational standards interior and exterior design and other aspects of business concept and launch the brands in various markets as per the company strategic development plan.

Responsibilites



Strategic



Work closely with the CEO to identify

Opportunities for growth in existing brandsOpportunities for securing additional brand franchises regional or international with potential for growthOpportunities for expansion of own brands regionally and internationally either through franchising joint ventures or by opening own stores





Planning



Create a mechanism whereby

Brand image assessment is performed and gaps identifiedBrand image enhancement steps are defined and resources and timelines specifiedDevelopment plan to include brand name trademark logo colors acoustics lighting seating menu and recipes facility design and build locations brand positioning marketing and brand storylegacy and message roll out strategy





Operational

Implementation of brand development plans with a project management approachManaging the implementation process and handover completed projects to OperationsDrafting and Maintaining Brand standard operating manual and franchising instructions and guidelines





Profile



The Business Development Director will possess the following skill set and experience



10 years' experience



RestaurantHospitality background



Knowledge and exposure to rebranding and launchingexpanding restaurant concepts in particular markets



Experience in the region is preferred but not an absolute requirement



Undergraduate degree is preferred



Arabic a plus but not essential



Job Offer



Approximately 2500 to 3000 KWD per month
