Load Supervisor
•The Load Supervisor is responsible for ensuring appropriate planning handling for all ground requirements for VIP and passengers. Ensure loading and off loading of all baggage and cargo is performed and is in compliance to all legal and safety requirements as outlined by various regulatory bodies such as IATA Aircraft Manufacturers Airline Weight and Balance manuals GCAA etc.
•Completes all dayofoperation passenger and cargo control processes.
• Coordinates individual aircraft movements in the predeparture and postarrival phases.
•Ensures appropriate and complete organization for all passengers.
•Operates as a crew member and as a point of contact with the Operations Control section when abroad on duty.
•Coordinates the ground handling activities with the ramp team.
•Plans for the organization and arrangements of cargo as per set procedures ensuring hangar team are in service for the set movement.
•Ensures the Baggage Delivery standards are maintained at all times.
•Supervises the load buildup and determines the weight.
•Ensures proper documentation packing identification and labeling in accordance with IATA regulations.
•Issues the ULD tags.
•Controls the cargo warehouse storage.
•Monitors the weight and loading of baggage and cargo and records all.
•Checks the availability and serviceability of all related documents devices equipments amp software well before departure to enable to replace the necessary items in Time
•Supervises the aircraft loading and offloading.
•Ensures the safe distribution of load within prescribed aircraft limitations and PF Operating Manuals Procedures
•Prepares all system and manual weight and balance documentation communicates as required including pre flight checklist loading instruction report load sheet and trim sheet ensuring these are accurate and meet the required safety and legal standards as outlined by various regulatory bodies and are reflecting an optimum aircraft weight distribution.
•Informs Captain and Operations Control Centre when all baggage cargo and catering loading is complete when boarding and passport formalities is complete when all passengers are on board and the aircraft is ready to depart submits copy load sheetbaggage form
•Coordinates with the stations for the last minute changes as required.
•Advises the Operations Control Centre of the cargo details on the aircraft and the arrival requirements after every departure.
•Monitors the inoutstation service delivery of aircraft handling safety measures taken for aircraft’s movement and security contractors.
•Checks the dead loadincoming units for damage leakage or spillage if any prior to offloading after offloading and highlight irregularitiesdiscrepancies.
•Operates as a visiting aircraft liaison officer as required.
•Operates as VVIP Operation coordinators outstations.
•Complies with Aviation legal requirements by staying abreast with existing and new legislation enforcing adherence to requirements advising management on needed actions.
•Completes any other related task as assigned by the Ground Services Direct.

Essential High School
Desirable Diploma in any discipline
Certificates
Essential Load Control courses conducted by reputed training centers.

Desirable NA
Experience Knowledge
Essential 3 years working experience in Aviation
Knowledge of GCCA requirements
Desirable Experience within Load Control in providing aircraft Weight and Balance services preparing load and trim sheets
