EBanking Manager
Purpose and Scope
Ebanking Manager must be able to clearly articulate creativestrategic recommendations and ensure that they are reflected in creative execution across all assigned technical Channels.
The Ebanking Manager is responsible for driving ebanking projects from concept to completion overseeing the maintenance support and upgrades delivered projects and ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals fulfill enduser requirements and identify and resolve systems issues
Position requires assessing and defining vendor system implementation backup procedures along TroubleshootingDiagnostics system problems and solutions. Coordinate feasibility studies for the assigned projects under consideration for purchase and give advice based on findings plan coordinate and supervise all activities related to the system options amp info design and continuous development of ebanking projects.
Duties
Managing the below channels
Internet Banking – SMS – Website – Mobile Banking – Electronic Trading future channels assigned
Objectives
1. To ensure the aims and objectives of the organization are met by managing and delegating the strategic objectives from the EBanking department.
2. Increase customer demands on the departments’ products and services.
3. Ensure the benefit of the channels to match the customer’s needs.
4. To compete by matching and exceeding the available services in the local market.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with ITD to ensure smooth implantations and operations.
2. Ensure constant system testing during and after implementation through efficient test scenarios.
3. Constant research to enhance and updated our services to match the market demand.
4. Reduce the cost of the department.
5. Develop and implement a business plan to ensure goals are met.
6. Commitment to the achievement of the task.
7. Direct efforts toward quality documentation including providing procedures training and resources for transcription team members.
8. Establish policies and procedures that contribute to the efficiency of the department.
9. Review the report related to the department products and services to insure the proper monitoring and fallowup.
10. Using preferred standard quality scoring criteria calculate and score reports consistently and fairly weighing the service and staff skill levels.
11. Recognize interpret and evaluate inconsistencies discrepancies and inaccuracies and appropriately clarify andor report them as required.
12. Be responsible for the internal daily operations.
13. To meet with other departments regularly to insure proper communication and update of products and services.
14. To meet with vendors regularly to insure goals and expectations are properly met.
15. Coordinate with all departments to insure proper communication and benefit from all electronic services.
16. Be available to attend relevant executive meetings.
Skills
1.Kuwaiti National
2.Minimum of 5 years job related experience
3.Strong written and verbal skills
4.Bachelor Degree
