Lead Manager Restaurant

•Responsible for managing multiple number of Café Vergnano restaurants in a professional and organized manner located at different prime locations of Doha.

•Review analyze the sales vs budget and the variance report and suggest with the necessary action plan.

•Increase sales by setting local restaurants marketing plan and monitoring the execution.

•Set challenges for the restaurant managers to increase sales thru guests’ satisfaction hence building customer loyalty.

•Monitor the PampL of each store and achieve the targets.

•Carryout studies on competitors activities and propose marketing and promotion plans for local market.

•Maintain and improve the Quality amp Hygiene standards in the outlets.

•Develop and train staff to provide highest level of customer satisfaction.

•Maintain a healthy working environment and excellent communication among the staffs.

Skills

•Should have excellent communication both in English Arabic.

•Should have strong analytical and managerial skills.

•Be proactive and demonstrate leadership qualities.

•Be able to handle multiple tasks within the speculated time lines and work under pressure.

•Well versed in MS Office packages.
