HR Officer
We are looking for an Female HR Officer who understands and be able to implement Human Resource practices.
Duties
Maintain amp conduct the employment hiring process by managing job postings reviewing resumes performing telephone and preliminary interviews conducting reference checks preparing job offers contracts.
Keep employee’s status uptodate by processing amp posting employee changes in a timely manner in Employee’s files and in the system.
Design and implement proper Evaluation Appraisal Process and compile results.
To study the various drawback in the present system amp to analyze implement improvement procedures.
Handle all Iqama affairs issuing of new renewing of old cancelling etc.
Exit Reentry and Final exit processing.
Medical Insurance matters.
