Auto Finance Manager

• Direct the Finance functions in term of daily transactions policies and procedures in order to meet the organization objectives• Review of Departmental margin amp profitability as well as Consolidated Financials.• Initiate the Budget process from financial amp operational perspectives combine the budget and monitor the performance on a regular basis.• Develop short long term business plan in line with company’s strategic plan• Undertake Forecasting activities to asses financials requirements and ensure effective provision• Design and implement control mechanism to ensure financials activities of business comply with guidelines and standards• Preparing monthly financial statement and reporting analysis to the Board of Directors improve their Develop and ensure implementation of MIS system that provides intelligent reports to the business in support of decision making process.• Oversee and monitor business activities against credit policy and take required corrective action• Cash flow and working capital management to ensure all funds are available and quality of assets is maintained• Monitor inventory in term of existence and valuation• Payroll and corresponding benefits processing• All Insurances and Declaration of any Addition and deletion and employee Claims and re imbursement• Over all Supervising of HR Activities in coordination with PR• Supervision of Customs documentation and supply Chain management including CampF• Maintain high level relationship with Auditors and Bankers

Skills

Automotive experience

At least 11 years of experience

Bachelor in finance or accounting

Preferably bilingual

Preferably located in UAE

Preferably currently act in the capacity of Finance Manager

Hold professional designation CPA or CMA
