ADMIN HR MANAGER
To plan direct and control human resources management and administration activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation recruitment personnel policies and regulatory compliance. HR Manager role Develops HR strategies in line with the organizational requirements and business direction Research and develop HR policies which will ensure that company recruits and retains a pool of welltrained and highly motivated staff Develop and administer compensation amp benefits and performance management systems quality management succession planning HSE and recreation programs Plans direct supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff related to employment labor and employee relations Reviews and updates the Job description of all employees Annual Budget PlanningParticipate in the management meeting and provide relevant reports as required
Develops and implement policies and procedures to support business goals and to ensure that the company complies with the legal requirements and best practice
Provides comprehensive personnel advisory service to all department headsmanagers and staff to ensure that the company follows best practice in the management of its staff and to ensure compliance with legal requirements Recommends and implement reward policies and structures which ensure the effective recruitment and retention of high quality employees Analyze training needs to design employee development language training and HSE programs Reviews the report on a timely basis the cost materials in the operations amp suppliers Monitors the procurement functions and the accounts PampL in coordination with Accounts department with regards to cash flow statement Recommends changes that will improve company's performance amp financial controlsRepresent organization at personnelrelated hearings and investigates on the industrial accidents for insurance carriers
