Senior Project Manager Main contractor – Qatar – Immediate start

Linum Consultrsquos client is urgently seeking a Senior Project Manager from a main contractor background to be involved in the overall internal and external project management of a significant mixed use development construction project in Qatar.

RESPONSIBILITIES

bull Coordinating meetings with the client consultants and subcontractors

bull Conducting daily and weekly internal meetings

bull Conducting weekly and monthly presentations

bull Controlling project schedule costs and expenditures as well as working to maximise profitability

bull Reporting to Senior Management on the progress of the projects

PROFILE

bull A history of working for main contractors ONLY candidates with experience in consultancies real estate companies or developers WILL NOT be considered as the candidate must be very handson

bull Very strong experience of running major mixed use construction projects valued at US 500m

bull At least a Bachelorrsquos degree qualification in Civil or Architectural Engineering

bull Preferably have had significant dealings with American consultancies from the Contractorrsquos side

bull A background of working in the Middle East

bull Excellent communication and project management skills
