TasksResponsibilities as follows
Develop mobilize implement and evolve a companywide best practice Statutory Authority system on all projects
Strong project management skills ability to effectively manage multiple overlapping tasks.
Provide an efficient and consistent exchange review control and delivery of coordination support to the local Permitting Managers to secure approvals agreements andor undertakings with stakeholders including government departments authorities regulatory bodies various agencies through project handover and archiving
Communicate and coordinate across company divisions and other regional offices discussing and resolving all related matters
Ability to communicate complex information concepts policies and positions both verbally and in writing to internal and external audiences.
Coordinate with the local Permitting Managers relationships with utility companies and statutory bodies for utility relocations and diversion requirements ensuring all utility diversion schemes are coordinated and that all interfaces have been addressed.
Support the monitoring and review of the project design activities in relation to the their compliance with relevant approvals and permits
Progressively track and record the progress of coordination and compliance weekly by the use of meeting attendance minutes of meetings and reports through company systems
Preparing any needed presentations andor reports for regular reporting to the PMCS Director andor Senior Community Levels
Anticipate challenges and project risks recommending necessary mitigating measures.
Demonstrates ability to input on policies standards or procedures for the improvement of QA amp IMS documentation in relation to role profiles associated with function.

Specifications
10 years in permittingstatutory authority approvals in Architecture Engineering Construction Projects of which 5 years in a procedural management position ideally Permitting.
Strong procedural management skills
Ability to map process
Experience of designing and implementing process would be advantageous
