Full time regular based in Kuwait Country Alahmadi city.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIESACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develops implements and coordinates policies and programs covering several of the following recruiting training employee and labor relations and personnel research.


• Counsels managers on HR policies procedures and programs.


• May handle more complex assignments.


• Has supervisory responsibility.


• May participate in crossdivisional HR teams.


• Communicates HR related programs to managers and employees.


• May have budgetary responsibility.


• Handles special projects as assigned.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  
  
  • 8 years HR experience.
  
  
  • Master's Degree a plus.
  
  
  • May require certain professional certifications.
    
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSREQUIREMENTS
    
    
    
    Broad knowledge of several HR principles practices and procedures.
    
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    
    Ability to work independently with multiple people at many levels and work as part of a team.
    
    Effective management skills.
