AECOM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facility Management Commercial Lead who will be responsible for undertaking all responsibilities have a duty to act in the best commercial and financial interests of the business in delivering set projects and services to time and quality adding best value to the overall Our Client business while recognizing the Corporate and Social Responsibilities. Promote HSampE standards and culture throughout the business and projects.



Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the obligations and responsibilities of the Project and other stakeholders are properly fulfilled to the time scales identified within the FM Agreement


• Monitoring and managing the scope change notices terms and conditions


• Monitoring and managing the contract procedures payments variations together with contract entitlements


• Monitoring and managing dispute management and resolution procedures


• Ensuring that the obligations set out within the Payment Mechanism are adhered to including deductions and additions


• Estimating monitoring managing and reporting against the base data and cost plan


• Monitoring and managing the contract delivery philosophy for the project aligned to the Client needs.


• Monitoring and managing the procurement procedures for the Sub Contract packages including scope quantification tender method negotiation and Sub Contract documentation
  
  
  
  
  
  Minimum Requirements
  
  

  
  
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  
  
  • Minimum of ten years' experience in Environmental Health and Safety role.
  
  
  • Minimum of five years total construction experience would be an asset.
  
  
  • Excellent computer skills e.g. MS Office including Excel and Word are essential. Excellent written and verbal skills
    
    
    
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications
