ADMAOpco Representative

The subject position is required for Abu Dhabi Based Government Oil amp Gas Company and brief description is as follows



Required for Free Span Correction Campaign of Subsea Pipelines in Offshore Field for a duration of 3 Months.



Responsibilities

1 Representative has 'onsite' formal legal responsibility on behalf of ADMA Opco to ensure that the work described in the scope of work is carried out safely and expeditiously.



2 Representative will control the day to day running of the operation in coordination with the CONTRACTOR. ADMAOPCO Representative shall ensure that all free span correction is completed properly as per the project scope of work. If any deviations from the scope of work are encountered ADMA Rep shall contact the Job Officer in Abu Dhabi for clarifications and instructions.



3 Representative has the authority to cancel the sart or order the termination of a diving operation through the Diving Supervisor but he doesnot have the authority to order the start or continuation of a dive contrary to the judgement of the Diving Supervisor.



4 Representative will exercise Audits on the CONTRACTOR's HSE Management System equipment and the marine spread.



5 Review the daily reports As Build drawings and relevant video tapes compiled by the contractor.



6 Representative shall report Daily work progress to the ADMAOpco Job Officer in HQ.



7 Representative will assess the CONTRACTOR work performance and monitor the CONTRACTOR's work execution to ensure full compliance with ADMA Opco HSE Rules and Regulations and agreed to approved Work Procedures and Method Statement.

DMA Representative should pocess



1 Master Mariner Certificate of Competency STCW 95 112 Academic Standard to BSc in Marine Services

2 Minimum 7 Years experience post qualification in DP2 Vessel up to date with current maritime legislation and technological advances in vessels and equipment.

3 Previous Experience in Free Span Correction or Pipeline Stabilization is an advantage.

4 Very good oral and written knowledge of English Language.

5 Knowledge of Arabic both verbal and Written considered an advantage.

6 Computer Literate.

7 Experience with Vessel Mooring procedures and ability to enforce company Marine Procedures.

8 Good People Management skill and ability to lead supervise an offshore team.
